UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America CR-04-1050-PHX-JAT Plaintiff, v. Roger Parker, Sharon Haynes Defendant. The United States of America, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby moves this court MOTION TO CONTINUE PRETRIAL CONFERENCE

15 for an order continuing the pretrial conference presently set for November 4, 2005. Counsel for 16 the government believes that both defendants remaining in this case will be accepting plea offers 17 that have been made. Counsel for both defendants have asked that change of plea hearings be 18 scheduled. As a result, the government asks that the pretrial conference be continued to allow 19 for the plea hearings to take place which would abrogate the need for a pretrial conference. Counsel for defendant Roger Parker, Gail Natale, and for defendant Sharon Haynes, Darius 20 21 Nickerson, have been informed about this request and have no objection to a continuance.
