Charles Tyrone Harris, through undersigned counsel, moves this Court to continue the trial date of June 27, 2006, for an additional ninety (90) days. Mr. Harris requests additional time to prepare for trial. It appears that this case is unlikely to resolve short of trial. Mr. Harris further requests this Court extend the time to file pretrial motions for an additional sixty (60) days from the current date of June 2, 2006. Assistant U.S. Attorney, Kurt Altman, has been contacted regarding this motion and has no objection to the requested continuance. All other defendants are pending sentencing or have been sentenced. Therefore, this request does not involve their matters. ///
