This is a renewal of defendant's motion at doc. 148 to which the government 20 responded at doc. 149. 21 Defendant Harris is not seeking the entire presentence report of the co-defendant 22 Gamble. He only wants the offense level calculation and criminal history calculation so that 23 he can make appropriate arguments at sentencing to avoid unexplained sentencing disparities 24 under 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a)(6). IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the defendant's motion to the 25 limited extent of requiring the government to share with counsel for defendant Harris only 26 those portions of the presentence report that relate to offense level calculation and criminal 27 28
