20 continue the sentencing date of April 20, 2007, for an additional thirty (30) days. Mr. 21
Harris requests the additional time in order for his mother to be able to attend the

hearing. Mr. Harris' mother recently underwent heart surgery and needs time to recover before attending the sentencing hearing. Assistant U.S. Attorney, Kurt Altman, has been contacted regarding this motion.

26 He does not object to the requested continuance.
