IT IS FURTHER ORDERED continuing the trial in 2:04-cr-01058-PHX-FJM for an additional ninety (90) days from the current date of June 27, 2006, to October 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona. FINALLY, IT IS ORDERED that excluded delay under Title 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h) will commence on June 27, 2006, for a total of 99 days. DATED this 5th day of June, 2006.
