IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ) ) Plaintiff, ) ) v ) ) ) DANNY LYNN HUDSON, ) ) Defendant. ) _______________________________ )

Case No. CR04-1065-PHX-DGC

ORDER

Upon motion of the defendant and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY
16

ORDERED that the defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing is granted.
17

This court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a
18

continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a
19

speedy trial. This finding is based on the court's conclusion that the failure
20

to grant such a continuance would unreasonably deny the defendant the
21

reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking in to account the
22

exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(b)(IV).
23

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED continuing the Sentencing of this Defendant
24

from August 28, 2006, to ___________, 2006, at _____a.m. / p.m. in ________,
25

Arizona.
