Upon motion of the government, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the U.S. Marshal's Office transport the defendant, James Dominic Perino, to the offices of Dr. Steven Pitt, 15849 North 71st Street, Suite 100, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254, for an evaluation of the nature and seriousness of the threat posed by the defendant to the victim in this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant be transported for such evaluation before January 18, 2006, and thereafter be returned to his place of confinement, in order for the evaluation report to be submitted by March 6, 2006. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. 3161(h) is found to commence on 12/15/2005. DATED this 15th day of December, 2005.
