Defendant Gina Anderson, through counsel, moves for the court's permission to travel by vehicle to Imperial County Sand Dunes for an fishing and camping trip this Saturday, 11/05 to Sunday, 11/06 with her son and co-defendant husband. The Sand Dunes are located 10-15 miles from Yuma (where defendants reside) in California. Co- defendant Michael Anderson joins in this motion. Mr. Ruben Salgado, their pretrial officer has been contacted and has no objection. AUSA John Boyle has been contacted and has no objection all other conditions apply and the Anderson's will continue to be in frequent contact with Mr. Ruben Salgado - Tel. (928) 783-1239. For the above reasons, defense counsel respectfully requests the Court order the pretrial condition modified to allow travel outside the State of Arizona for the purpose of travel to California. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3161(h) (1)(F) and 8(A) will not occur as a result of this motion or an order based thereon.
