Defendant Gina Anderson through counsel request the court's permission to travel by vehicle in July with her family and (husband/co-defendant) from the State of Arizona to California on July 1 - 5, 2005 and residing at Margie Lazor's (Aunt) home in La Jolla, California (760) 9447678; and travel on August 12 ­ 15, 2005, residing at Raymond and Loretta Anderson (parents) 651 E. Louise Drive, Palm Springs, California 92262 (760) 318-8492.

Co- defendant Michael Anderson joins in this motion and requests the Court to enter and order to travel under the same conditions. Mr. Ruben Salgado, his pretrial officer has no objection. The AUSA Glenn McCormick has been contacted and has no objection. The pretrial officer in Yuma, Arizona has been contacted and has no objection. The other conditions apply and the Anderson's continue to be in frequent contact with Mr. Ruben Salgado - Tel. (928) 7831239.

For the above reasons, defense counsel respectfully request the Court order the pretrial conditions to be lifted or, or in the alternative order new restriction of time on the pretrial conditions. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3161(h) (1)(F) and 8(A) will not occur as a result of this motion or an order based thereon.
