The Court having reviewed Defendant Anderson's motion to travel for their son's football games with no objection from pretrial services or the government, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED authorizing both defendants to travel to and from Brawley California on September 10, 2005 for the express purpose of attending their son's football game. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED for their son's future football games, the Andersons shall contact their pretrial services officer for permission to attend each game and provide the location and time of each game. No additional court order is necessary for attendance at their son's football games. No Excludable time under 18 USC § 3161(h)(1)(F) and (8)(A) has occurred as a result of this motion or this order.
