CR 04-50191-01-PHX-FJM ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted violation of a Grade B (Count 1) violation, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of NINE (9) MONTHS TO RUN CONSECUTIVE TO CR 04-1103, with no further supervision imposed upon release from the Bureau of Prisons. The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshals Service. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing the remaining allegations of the petition to revoke. DATED this 9th day of September, 2005.
