undersigned counsel, hereby request that the Court stay all deadlines in this

matter, including the deadline to tile the parties Joint Pre-trial Order. Defendants

1 Hled a Motion for Summary Judgment in this matter on October 6, 2005, which,
2 they believe, provides sufficient basis for a dismissal of PIaintiff’s Complaint.
3 Therefore, Defendants respectfully request that this Court extend the
4 deadline to file the parties Joint Pretrial Order until ten days after the Court’s
5 ruling on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment, in the event that the
6 Motion is denied.
