Pursuant to L.R. Civ. 83.3, Local Rules of Practice, Cynthia A. Ricketts, Brian M. McQuaid, Andrea L. Marconi, and the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. (collectively "Squire Sanders") respectfully request that they be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for Carl Towner, Jennifer Towner, CET Corporation, and Check Processing Center, LLC (collectively "Towner Defendants"). Squire Sanders was retained to represent the Towner Defendants in the original matter and have not been retained to represent the Towner Defendants in any ancillary proceedings relating to the Stipulated Permanent Injunction. Mr. and Mrs. Towner spend considerable time each year in the State of Colorado and have retained new counsel in Colorado, namely Gale Miller and the law firm of Davis, Graham, & Stubbs.
