No. 109-13, ยง 106, enacted on May 11, 16 2005, the district court shall transfer the case, or the part of the case that challenges a final 17 administrative order of removal, deportation, or exclusion, to the court of appeals for the 18 circuit in which a petition for review could have been properly filed. Here, Petitioner 19 challenges a final administrative order of removal and therefore transfer to the Ninth Circuit 20 is appropriate. 21 Accordingly, 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Petitioner's motion to transfer to the Ninth Circuit Court 23 of Appeals is granted.
