18 On July 26, 2005, this Court entered an Order in this matter that contained two
19 scrivener's errors. This Order amends the July 26, 2005 to correct those errors.
20 Pending before the Court are Defendants! Motion to Amend Answer to Complaint
21 [Doc. #42-1] and Motion for Leave to Amend Answer to Complaint [Doc. #$13-1], tiled in
22 April 2005. No response has been tiled by the Plaintiffs. The Court will summarily grant
23 the Motions pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7.2(i). S_e_e,_e,g,, Merrit v. United States, No. CIV-
24 94-1262-PHX-SMM, 1996 WL 650120, at *2 (D. Ariz:. June 1, 1995) (summarily granting
25 motion to amend complaint ptusuant to former Local Rule 1.l0(i) based on defendants
26 failure to respond to motion).
