Counsel for Defendant was notified today that Angela M. Martinez, formerly with

17 Lewis and Roca, but currently with the U.S. Attorneys' Office, continues to receive 18 notices in this lawsuit. Therefore, Defendant hereby gives notice that Troy Foster and 19 Justin Pierce of Lewis and Roca are now primarily responsible for handling the defense 20 of this matter. Accordingly, Defendant requests the Court change its records regarding 21 minute entries and other notices to reflect that such notices should no longer go to Ms. 22 Martinez. No changes need to be made for either Mr. Foster or Mr. Pierce, as both are 23 presently receiving the proper notices. 24 25 26 27 28
