Pending before the Court is Defendants' motion seeking to dismiss Maricopa Medical Center and Correctional Health Services from this civil rights action on the ground that they are non-jural entities and cannot be sued (Doc. #28). Plaintiff, through counsel, has expressed no objection to Defendants' motion (Doc. #29). The Court will therefore grant the motion. IT IS ORDERED that: (1) Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Maricopa Medical Center and Correctional Health Services (Doc. #28) is granted. (2) The Clerk of Court shall dismiss Maricopa Medical Center and Correctional Health Services as Defendants in this action. // //
