16 for Summary Judgment (Doc. #36), the Defendants' having no objection, and good cause 17 appearing, 18

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED extending Plaintiff's deadline for filing his response to the

19 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment until April 3, 2007. 20

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants may file a reply within 15 days after

21 service of Plaintiff's response. 22

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Summary Judgment will be deemed

23 ready for decision without oral argument on the day following the date set for filing a reply 24 unless otherwise ordered by the Court. 25 26 27 28
