Pending before the Court are Defendants' Motion to Substitute Attorney (Doc. #48) and Motion for Enlargement of Time Within Which to File Reply (Doc. #49). Upon good cause, Defendants' Motion to Substitute Attorney will be granted. Pursuant to this Court's previous Order dated July 2, 2007 (Doc. #42) stating that absent any extraordinary circumstances no further extensions would be granted, Defendants' request will be granted in part. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED granting Defendants' Motion to Substitute Attorney (Doc. #48). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting in part Defendants' Motion for Enlargement of Time Within Which to File Reply (Doc. #49). Defendants' reply to the Motion for Summary Judgment is due no later than August 21, 2007. DATED this 17th day of August, 2007.
