Plaintiffs' Reply to Defendant GTFM, LLC'S Response to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment. GTFM, LLC (one of the FUBU Defendants) failed to confer with Plaintiffs regarding their Reply prior to filing their Motion to Strike. Plaintiffs file this Notice of Errata in further response to FUBU'S Motion to Strike. The substance of the errata is as follows: 1) The introduction on page i should read (hereinafter collectively "FUBU") not (hereinafter collectively "GTFM") as to remain consistent with prior pleadings; 2) The Table of Contents on page ii should read "I. SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO GTFM, LLC" and not "I. SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO ALL PARTIES"; 3) Section I on page 2 should read "SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO GTFM, LLC" and not "SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO ALL PARTIES"; 4) Plaintiffs' conclusion at page 12 should read "Summary judgment should be granted against GTFM, LLC" not "Summary judgment should be granted against all the FUBU Defendants."
