ROBINSON, et al., Defendants. Defendants1, by and through undersigned counsel, request the Court to grant their unopposed Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 50). See LRCiv. 56.1(B). On June 22, 2006, Defendants' filed their Motion for Summary Judgment and supporting Statement of Facts. (Dkts 50, 51.) On July 6, 2006, the Court ordered Plaintiff to respond by August 9, 2006. (Dkt. 54.) On July 12, 2006, Plaintiff requested an extension of time to conduct discovery and file dispositive motions. (Dkt. 55.) On July 24, 2006, the Court granted Plaintiff's request to extend the discovery deadline and for filing dispositive motions. (Dkt. 56.) The Court modified the scheduling order to reflect the deadline for filing dispositive motions until October 30, 2006. (Id.) The Court has not extended Plaintiff's deadline for responding to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.

Plaintiff continues to request discovery (Dkt.'s 61, 62) and to file motions with the Court. See (Dkt.'s 64, 65, 71). As of this date, Plaintiff has failed to respond to

Defendants' pending Motion for Summary Judgment. (Dkt. 50.) Because Plaintiff has not requested or been granted an enlargement to respond to Defendants' pending dispositive motion, Defendants request the Court grant its unopposed Motion for Summary Judgment.
