This matter arises on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel. (docket # 65) Defendants oppose the motion. The motion does not certify that Plaintiff has, in good faith, conferred or attempted to confer with Defendants in an effort to secure the disclosure without court intervention. Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(a)(2); LRCiv 7.2(j). Additionally, Plaintiff's motion to compel is signed October 2, 2006. Pursuant to the Court's July 24, 2006 Order, the deadline for bringing discovery disputes to the Court's attention was September 30, 2006. (docket # 56) Accordingly, the Court will deny Plaintiff's motion to compel. In accordance with the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel (docket # 65) is DENIED.
