On October 25, 2005, Defendants William and Mark Richardson filed a motion to partially seal the file in this matter. Although Plaintiff is not opposed to the motion, and indeed has executed a stipulation to seal the documents identified in the motion, Plaintiff does take issue with the manner in which the issue was presented to the Court. Plaintiff wishes for the Court to know that he strongly disagrees with the Defendants' characterization of the statements in the pleadings sought to be sealed as "impertinent," "defamatory," "scandalous" and/or "offensive;" and the further assertion that Plaintiff's allegations in this matter were "without basis." To the contrary, Plaintiff maintains that the statements and allegations in the referenced pleadings were (and are) factual, and that any
