In accordance to the investigate dictate of the aforementioned case (cites statutes and articles), in affiliation with the General Prosecutor of the Republic allows me to inform you, that on August 11, 2005, this special unit received file number CJB/A/VIII/0516/05, by the undersign Judicial Coordinator of Bienes Del Servicio De Administracion y Enajenancion de Bienes/Agency of Administration Service and Transfer of Assets (SAE) (federal administrative service agency that transfers/ or processes assets), and request the opinion of this authority and the competent authority of the United States of America to execute the sale of the aircrafts (description of the aircraft, serial number etc) under the process established according to the law of the federal administrative agency of the public sector. In which the same are securely kept as per the ongoing investigation and per the complaint filed by the authorities of the United States of America. Considering the aforementioned, I request with URGENT and CONFIDENTIAL character to inform this Federal Agency if the Authorities of United States of America has any judicial or procedural impediments to process the sale of the aircrafts. Attached is a copy a copy of the file CJB/A/VIII/0516/054. Please note that the file and attached documents are CONFIDENTIAL and its contents shall not be disclosed, unless allowed by law under restricted responsibility.
