At docket 93, the United States of America ("USA") moves to strike several papers filed by claimants Alberto Abed-Schebaikan; Calezar, Ltd.; Casafin, Ltd.; and Hartslope Holdings, Ltd. Claimants have not filed a response to the motion. The papers that the USA moves to strike are at docket 66, 84, 89, and 92. The paper submitted at docket 92 is a sur-reply filed without permission of the court. Therefore, the court orders that it be STRICKEN. See D. Ariz. R. 7.2. The USA's motion to strike is DENIED as moot with respect to the papers filed at docket 66, 84, and 89 because the court has already ruled on the motions to which they pertain.
