I writing to you to ask for your opinion regarding the intention of the SAE to execute the sale of the aircrafts under the process established according to the law of the federal administrative agency of the public sector. The same with respect to the authorities of United States of America which may have a judicial or procedural impediment of the sale of the aircrafts. Nevertheless, let it be known to said authorities the intension of the SAE to disclose its sale of the aircrafts.
