NOW COMES, ALBERTO ABED-SCHEBAIKAN. Calezar, Ltd., Uptongrove, Ltd., 17 Casafin, Ltd., and Hartslope Holdings, Ltd., [hereinafter, "Claimants"], and file this Motion 18 for Leave to File a Response to the Government's Reply in Support of His Motion to 19 Reconsider Re: Order from Chambers, Anchorage, Alaska, July 26, 2005, and in support 20 would show the Court as follows: 21 1. Two intervening orders concerning the Cessna Caravan Model 208B, Serial 22 Number 208B-0941 and Agusta Helicopter, Model A 109E, Ariel Number 11116 have issued 23 from the Twenty-Seventh Circuit Collegiate Court in Cancun and the lower Third District 24 Judge in Quintana Roo. 25 2. The Government's Reply contains information that is incorrect perhaps due to its 26 reliance upon an inaccurate source. Counsel wishes to describe what they view is the correct 27 28 1

information and the basis for that view. 3. Counsel desires to clarify the independent representation of SIASA by separate counsel and the undersigned counsel's reliance upon the orders and information provided by that separate counsel.
