2 Meritage’s Opposition to Greg Hancock’s Motion for Stay and Request for Relief from

4 2. I am the Vice President, CFO of the Arizona Region for the affiliates of
5 Meritage Homes Corporation, Meritage Homes Construction, Inc. and Meritage Homes
6 Arizona, Inc.
