As set forth in the July 18, 2008 Order (Doc. 589), this case is set for trial on September 9, 2008. This Order clarifies the trial schedule. IT IS ORDERED the parties shall have ten days for jury selection, the presentation of evidence, and arguments. The trial will be held on the following days: September 9­12, 16­18, and 23­25. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the parties shall submit a proposed trial schedule based upon the ten-day schedule by August 15, 2008. DATED this 1st day of August, 2008.
