The Court having before it Plaintiff Meritage Homes Corporation's Motion to File Under Seal and In Camera the Declaration of Tim White and exhibits thereto, which is in support of Plaintiffs' Reply to their Motion in Limine to Bar Defendants' Use of Attorney-Client Privileged Communications, and no opposition being filed by Defendant, the Motion is GRANTED and the Declaration of Tim White and exhibits thereto shall be placed under seal by the Clerk and will only be reviewed in camera by the Court.
