After reviewing Plaintiff Meritage Homes Corporation's Motion to File Under Seal and In Camera Exhibits One (1) and Two (2) of Plaintiffs' Motion in Limine to Bar Defendants' Use of Attorney-Client Privileged Communications (Doc. 570), and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED Plaintiff Meritage Homes Corporation's Motion to File Under Seal and In Camera (Doc. 570) is GRANTED. Exhibits 1 and 2 of Plaintiffs' Motion in Limine to Bar Defendants' Use of Attorney-Client Privileged Communications shall be placed under seal by the Clerk of the Court and will only be reviewed in camera by the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Clerk of the Court need not seal this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Defendants shall file a response to Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to Bar Defendants' Use of Attorney-Client Privileged Communications (Doc. 571) by July 3, 2008. Plaintiff may file a reply by July 8, 2008.
