It is difficult for me to respond to your phone call about documents filed as exhibits in the
district court case that you indicate were filed in the ITC and marked as "confidential
business information." -You failed to identify any specific document, but instead asked for
me to send you copies of all of the orders entered by the district court unsealing documents.
It would have been more productive for you to identify specific documents that you have a
question about. I assume that you surely know about the attached order entered by the court
in our case, dated Nov. 21, 2005, unsealing an ITC document (see Doc. #75). I also refer -
you to the orders at Doc. #58 & Doc.# 64 in our case.
In civil action No. CV 05-00365-PHX-FIM look at Doc.#l58, a copy of which is attached.
