Pursuant to Local Rule 7.3, Defendant Omron Corporation ("Omron") and the plaintiff, Hypercom Corporation ("Hypercom"), have stipulated that Omron shall have an additional two days ­ to and including January 12, 2006 ­ to file a reply brief and any supporting memorandum or supplemental statement of facts in support of Omron Corporation' Motion For Summary Judgment. s This stipulation is made for good cause. Omron filed its Motion For Summary Judgment on November 18, 2005. Hypercom filed its Opposition To Omron' Motion s For Summary Judgment on December 23, 2005. Omron' reply brief and any supporting s memoranda currently are due January 10, 2006, and this time has not passed. Counsel for Omron requires an additional two days to prepare its reply brief.
