O 17 I, LAURA J. ZEMAN, declare as follows:
18 1. I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona and a partner in
19 the law firm of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. I am an attomey of record for JASON NAPIER,
20 DANIELLE NAPIER, and NAPIER SCULPTURE GALLERY, INC., ("Napiers") in the
21 above-captioned action.
22 2. The summary of costs set forth in Napiers’ Rule 54 Bill for Taxable Costs is
23 based upon a combination of my own personal knowledge of the facts and attorney review
24 of certain pertinent billing statements issued to Napiers by Snell & Wilmer for work and
25 expenses in this action.
L 26 3. To the best of my knowledge and belief, all the costs set forth above are
27 correct and were incurred for services reasonably, actually and necessarily performed in
28 pursuing this action. In total, Napiers incurred taxable costs in excess of $3,736.03 from
