Before the Court is the parties' Stipulation for Extension of Time for Defendants' Response and Plaintiffs' Rely in support of Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike [Doc. No. 80] and Defendants Motion to Strike its own Exhibit 16 so it can be filed under seal [Doc. No. 58] which is unopposed. The parties having stipulated and agreed, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Motion to Strike Exhibit 16 [Doc. No. 58] is hereby GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Defendants have up to and including February 15, 2006 to reply to Plaintiffs' responses to Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Exhibits 1-3 and Motion to Strike the Testimony of Jane Kinne.
