The parties having stipulated and agreed, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants have up to and including January 26, 2006 to file responses to Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike and Motion to Disqualify. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Plaintiffs have up to and including February 10, 2006 to reply Defendants' responses to Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Exhibits 1-3 and Motion to Strike the Testimony of Jane Kinne.
