Plaintiffs hereby move to exceed the page limitation on Plaintiffs Reply in Further

Support of Plaintiffs Motion for Class Action Certification. Defendants filed a 28 page

opposition to Plaintiffs motion for class certification. In addition, Defendants filed a 12

page response to Plaintiffs memorandum of points and authorities in support of their

proposed interim Rule 16 scheduling order that addresses many of the same issues.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs respectfully request leave to exceed the page limitation by 12
26

pages for a total of 23 pages in order to address the numerous factual and complex legal
27

issues raised by Defendants in their briefs.
