December 1, 2002 by the Supreme Court of the United States shall apply to all proceedings concerning this case.

The parties shall exchange initial disclosures on or before May 26, 2006. Defendants shall serve responses to all of Plaintiffs discovery demands with

respect to all putative class members. To the degree possible, said discovery shall be furnished on or before April 29, 2006. To the degree not possible, Defendants shall make a good faith
