The parties, through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and request that Defendants shall have until February 27, 2007, to file their Reply in support of Defendants' Cross-Motion to Approve Defendants' Proposed Form of Notice and Mailing of Questionnaire to Class Members (docket nos. 264-65). On December 7, 2007, Plaintiffs filed their Motion for Approval of Form and Mailing of Notice to Class Members (docket no. 259). On January 5, 2007, Defendants filed a combined opposition to Plaintiffs' motion and a Cross-Motion to Approve Defendants' Proposed Form of Notice and Mailing of Questionnaire (docket nos. 264-65). On January 11, 2007, the parties stipulated to extend the time for Plaintiffs to file their combined reply in support of their motion and opposition to Defendants' cross-motion, and also stipulated that Defendants' reply brief would be due on February 13 (docket no. 267). The Court approved the stipulation (docket no. 271). On January 24, 2007, the parties stipulated to a second extension of time to permit Plaintiffs to file their combined reply/opposition on February 2, 2007, with Defendants' reply to be due on February 20, 2007 (docket no. 270). Plaintiffs filed their combined reply/opposition brief on February 2, 2007 (docket no. 272).
