The parties hereby stipulate and request that Plaintiffs shall have until February 2, 2007 to file a reply in further support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Approval of Form and Mailing of Notice to Class Members of Pendency of Class Action and a response to Defendants' Cross-Motion to Approve Defendants' Proposed Form of Notice and Mailing of Questionnaire to Class Members. The parties also stipulate and request that Defendants shall have until February 20, 2007 to file a reply on Defendants' CrossMotion. Under the parties' current stipulation, (Doc. 267), Plaintiffs' reply in further support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Approval of Form and Mailing of Notice to Class Members of Pendency of Class Action and a response to Defendants' Cross-Motion to Approve Defendants' Proposed Form of Notice and Mailing of Questionnaire to Class Members are currently due on January 25, 2007 and Defendants' reply on their Cross-Motion is currently due on February 13, 2007.
