25, 2007 (instead of the current date of January 15, 2007) to file a reply in further

support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Approval of Form and Mailing of Notice to Class

Members of Pendency of Class Action.

On December 7, 2006, Plaintiffs filed their Motion for Approval of Form and

Mailing of Notice to Class Members of Pendency of Class Action. (Doc. 259.) On

January 5, 2007, Defendants filed a combined opposition to Plaintiffs' motion and a

Cross-Motion to Approve Defendants' Proposed Form of Notice and Mailing of
10

Questionnaire to Class Members. (Docs. 264-65.) Plaintiffs' reply is currently due on
11

January 15, 2007 and Plaintiffs' opposition to Defendants' cross-motion is due on
12

January 25, 2007. The parties respectfully request that the date for filing Plaintiffs'
13

reply be continued to January 25, 2007, which is the same date that Plaintiffs'
14

opposition to Defendants' cross-motion is due.

The parties further stipulate that the date by which Defendants must file their reply brief in support of their cross-motion shall be extended from February 5 to February 13 to accommodate scheduling issues of defense counsel.
