UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA Alexander Jung, Plaintiff, v. John Potter, Postmaster General, U.S. Postal Service Defendant. The parties, through their undersigned counsel, hereby request that the Court vacate or extend the dates for trial (May 8, 2007) pre-trial conference (April 16, 2007) and related pre-trial deadlines (April 9, 2007) to allow the parties to attend a second settlement conference before Magistrate Aspey. Magistrate Aspey presided over a settlement conference in this case on December 14, 2005. Since then, the Court has denied the parties' summary judgment motions and the parties have continued settlement discussions. Both parties believe that settlement would be in their best interests. However, the assistance of a settlement judge will be needed to accomplish that goal. It is therefore requested that the Court vacate the trial date and related dates to attend a settlement conference before Magistrate Aspey. The parties further request the Court require them to propose additional dates within five business dates after the settle conference. I, Suzanne M. Chynoweth, by signing below, certify pursuant to Paragraph II(C)(3), District of Arizona ECF Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (April 3, 2006) that the content of this Stipulation is acceptable to Plaintiffs' counsel.
