Defendant, John E. Potter, Postmaster General, hereby responds to Plaintiff's Motion In Limine [Doc. #91] to exclude evidence regarding Plaintiff's prior disciplinary action, a letter of warning and suspension. Defendant does not intend to offer evidence about Plaintiff's previous letter of warning or suspension unless Plaintiff opens the door or elicits evidence at trial that would make such evidence relevant.
