Defendant, John E. Potter, Postmaster General, hereby responds to Plaintiff's Motion In Limine [Doc. #97] to exclude evidence regarding the Postal Service's accommodations of other disabled employees. Defendant does not intend to offer evidence about accommodating any other specific employees unless Plaintiff opens the door or elicits evidence at trial that would make such evidence relevant.
