The parties have requested permission to take additional discovery for a period 17 of sixty (60) days after the Court has ruled on dispositive motions. The stipulated request to 18 extend the discovery deadline and modify the Scheduling Order (Doc. 51) is denied without 19 prejudice. The Court will consider the parties' request to take additional discovery after the 20 Court has ruled on any dispositive motions. In making the request, the parties shall identify the 21 additional discovery that needs to be completed, the reasons therefor and the specific time period 22 for completing such discovery. 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED denying without prejudice the stipulated request to extend 24 discovery deadlines.
