The explanations you offered do not relieve you of your attendance responsibilities. Although ‘ ·
· you allege that you provided documentation, you admit that for the 01/10/02 you failed to
I provide the requested documentation within the requested time frame. For the 12/20-
I 12/22/01 absence, the remarks, "Documentation Requested? and “Not provided in 15 daysl",
is clearly marked on the 3971 that you signed of on, thereby removing any entitlement to
I _, FMLA status for those absences. You also signed off on the slips as “approved, Non-FMLAl" ‘
, You did not provide any evidence for the other absences to establish that they were possibly .
