Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion to Supplement List of Witnesses and Exhibits, filed December 11, 2006 (#234). Defendants have not responded to the motion. Plaintiff seeks leave to supplement the list of witnesses and exhibits contained in the parties' Proposed Pretrial Order. However, since the filing of that motion, the Court has granted Plaintiff's Motion to Reopen Discovery (#230), and set a new deadline for the filing of a new proposed pretrial order. (See Order 12/14/6, #237.) Consequently, the current request is moot. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Supplement List of Witnesses and Exhibits, filed December 11, 2006 (#234) is DENIED as moot.
