Under consideration are the parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed November 13, 2006 (#228) and Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed November 27, 2006 (#229). Considered together, the parties stipulate to extend the deadline for filing their jointly proposed pretrial order until November 30, 2006, citing inter alia the recent retention of Plaintiff's counsel. The parties filed their Jointly Proposed Pretrial Order (#231) on November 30,2006. The Court finds good cause for the extension. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed November 13, 2006 (#228) is GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed November 27, 2006 (#229) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties ` Jointly Proposed Pretrial Order, lodged November 30, 2006 (#231) shall be deemed timely filed.
