PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Carolyn M. Bradley ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Fidelity National Title Agency, Inc. ("Defendant") (collectively the "Parties") have reached a telephonic settlement of the above-entitled action. The Parties are presently in the process of documenting the settlement, and request a deferral of the deadlines in the Court's September 22, 2004 Order Setting Rule 16 Case Management Conference, including but not limited to the dispositive motion deadline presently set for August 9, 2005. Undersigned counsel is informed that Plaintiff's counsel is in agreement with the request to continue deadlines, as it is a condition of the Parties' agreement to resolve this
