24 address this Court in that manner) to vacate the order of this Court entered on January 17,

l Plaintiff bases this motion a memorandum of points and authorities and the Federal _
2 jk Rules of Civil Procedure and upon justice and truth and on Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of `
3 ii Civil Procedure, i.e., that this Court is grossly mistaken in it’s judgment and decision and
4 j in reliance upon the false statements ofthe Defendants and their attorneys, purposefully
5 i. made to mislead this court. Plaintiff will tile the Memorandum of Points and Authorities
o j on or before January 19, ZOO?. Plaintiff has been working on them and they are in very
1 j- rougn ronn. Plaliltlff is very angry about me numerous lies told about ber by Defendants
8 j and their attorneys and that anger is overshadowing what Plaintiff is trying to
9 il communicate to this Court. Additionally, Plaintiff had hoped to have pleadings ready to
to 1, simultaneously commence an action in state court regarding other relief concurrently with
l 1 this pleading and Plaintiff s memorandum, but Plaintiff tires easily and, despite working
12 lj diligently at it, it is not yet complete, either. That pleading will Substantially affect the
13 proceedings in this Court.
14 Wherefore Plaintiff prays this Court vacate the judgment of this Court entered in
15 January 2006, or grant her such other and further relief as the Court deems equitable, just
16 and proper.
